Two weeks ago, BlogDay design contest was declared. The mission was to design BlogDay's new home page using the template I made. A lot of people were exposed to the projects and some of them even asked questions and made suggestions but only one bright designer from Greece send me his brilliant design and Won.
The winner is Nassos Kiratzoglou, a 25 years old Art Director from Greece. This is his Blog and this is the winning design. I love it! What do you think?
Volunteers for helping me build the website and its modules are invited to write me.
Today we at Tapuz.co.il have launched a new product/service that we call “Worlds” or in Hebrew “Olamot”. The idea behind this product is that any “netizen” needs a digital place that will act as a center for his cultural, social and professional interests and contents. More and more people spend more and more time in the virtual world with their virtual identity and this hub will help them to develop and maintain their virtual reputation.
In the next screenshot you can see “My World”. Click here to see it live.
1. The navigation bar to My Blog, My Album, My polls, My friends and my Forum
2. My interest: list of my interest with links to other people with the same interest. My Poll and My links to blogs, web sites, forums, chat rooms and more
3. My Content: Last posts from my blog, Comments and messages I wrote on other blogs and forums.
4. My friends: links to my friends worlds and to a pages showing who consider himself as my friends.
5. My Photos, Personal details and ways to contact me
Every new content item in “my world” can create an “RSS Event” for other users that want to “listen”.
The “Worlds” platform is an upgrade of an older platform of simple personal cards.
